At heart, I am a teacher--I thoroughly enjoy empowering my clients and expanding their range of digital tools. My goal is to communicate complex technical issues and concepts in terms that human beings can understand and use. I speak geek so you don't have to.
Broadly, my expertise lies in the hardware and software utilized by creative professionals. I enjoy working with folks for whom images, and the technologies that shape them, are everything. As you can see on my Services page, that category encompasses a broad range of technologies relevant to many computer users.
I am equally proficient with Macs and PCs, as well as "dual-boot" machines, and routinely recommend products and provide service on both platforms. I am a huge believer in helping clients make informed choices about their technological development.
